General Information

Each piece we create is handcrafted with careful attention to detail, which means our products may have slight imperfections and unique characteristics that contribute to their individuality. These features are inherent to our design process and the distinct finish of our items, so we do not offer returns for such particularities. Please consider this before making a purchase.

Resizing

Some of our designs may not be feasible in certain sizes due to their ergonomic features. If resizing is needed, you must request it within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at fillidosjewelleryclub@gmail.com. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the cost of shipping will be your responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns

As our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns, except in exceptional circumstances. Items purchased on sale or as special orders are not eligible for returns under any condition.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at fillidosjewelleryclub@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us, and the return package must include a tracking number.
